F8000 Local settings

Hello guys,

Can anyone tell me how to change local settings for an UE55F8000 ?
I bought it in Italia, but i want French tuning like Fransat.

To access hidden menu, power (tv shutdown)/info/menu/mute/power (start tv).
But in this menu, local settings is set on EU Italy whereas i want EU France !

I have a 55F7000 i live in italy but my tv is Hungarian and i don't find a method to modify Local Set because with info,men?,mute,power i find local set blocked.

Can you send me your solution.

As i said on another topic, IR transmitter can send required keys. Check wiki.
