Rebooting tv after X minutes

Hi,

I've recently downgraded my official firmware from 3002 to a compatible version for SamyGO. I then created a modified FW according to the wiki and flashed. All went well and I was able to run SamyGO utils. My TV is a UE40B7070(WW).
Then my TV started making a small distortion sound followed by a reboot (this happens every time now after approximately 10-15 minutes).
I thought it might have something to do with the custom firmware so I decided to install the official 3002 FW again. Sadly the problem persists.
I noticed the official FW haven't deleted the SamyGO files. I'm also able to ssh/ftp etc to my TV.

All I know for a fact is that I did not have any issues at all when I ran on factory FW (think it was 1017 something?).
I should also mention that as soon as I upgraded from factory FW to official 3002 (this was 2 weeks ago) i had this clicking sound when the TV was in standby mode. This appeared very randomly and not at a high frequency.

I'm hoping my issue is within the software and not the hardware (broken transistors which seems to be common?!).

I'd be very grateful if anyone can help me out please!

What is full firmware name and version?

Do you have Exlink cable? what is the log?

Yes, specific "click" is sign of bad capacitor on power board, but first need to exclude software/firmware problems

Full FW name and version of what I currently have installed is:
T-CHU7DEUC_3002.1_Step2 (I first installed: T-CHU7DEUC_3001.1_Step1 )

I do have Exlink Cable. I haven't been able to check yet (my wife is trying to get our son to fall asleep right next to the TV right now...). As soon as he's asleep I'll check the log. Usually takes about 30 min.

Log looks quite normal. Do you hear some "click" right before TV goes to reboot?

right now I'm waiting for the reboot to appear. I'm starting to suspect that it might be a heat issue since it takes longer than normal (usually when I have noticed this is after I've used DLNA for 20 minutes and then it reboots. I then unplug the cord and restart it. And after that it shuts down every 10 minutes followed by loop reboots).

Will the issues appear in the log or is the ExLink cable logging limited to boot up logging?

You have to write log until tv goes to reboot. At this moment log is very important.

Ok since the TV all of a sudden decided to stay awake I thought I'd reproduce a real life scenario;

1. I own an MK808 android hdmi usb-powered device which I plugged in via HDMI.
2. As soon as I plugged in the usb-power adapter to this MK808 the TV rebooted (and clicked). This was followed by the typical loop pattern.
3. I unplugged the TV cord and pasted the log received from Putty below:

I now wanted to reproduce the error as in step 2 above so I plugged in the TV again and plugged in the power to the android device.
It now works, e.g. I can see the android device up and running on HDMI3. The log so far (it hasn't rebooted yet) is:

TD ERROR [0x80000000] !!! is not critical, we see this in many logs. I can`t see anything wrong here. Can be some hardware issue...
