Smart Hub problem....

Post by greenhorn »

My smart hub is installing on every 2-3 restarts of the TV. It makes me sick... I have to wait about 10min SamyGO loads (bacause of the not accessiable smart hub). I tried factory reset, smart hub reset but did not help. Any ideas?
My tv is 55ES7000s with FW 2011.1.

pls. don't check for firmware updates it wont fix anything...
the version of smarthub is not really depend on the firmware version "it is a stand alone pack"

you can setup your own smarthub if you like ;-) (get inspired: http://sourceforge.net/p/samygo/code/HE ... hubOTN-NG/ )

it can. the problem is that samsung updates the smarthub sometimes every 3. day
if you have a smarthub server where you have your own fixed content then you are on the safer side. (viewtopic.php?f=48&t=5340&hilit=crap+removal)

I think there is something wrong with my Samrt hub. The installing process always stop at 93% installing bar and says that can start the smart hub. As I see nothing new installed in smart hub. Can it be somekind of a brick?!?

probably, but also noticed that sometimes the smarthubs goes grazy after an update and starts to work again the next day...
