After a normal firmware update via usb stick with normal Samsung firmware my television the Samsung 55C8700 doesn't do anything anymore. (i did not tried anything, no Samygo things in the past or else, just normal upgrades)
Now it tries to reboot but only clicks and has a red flashing light.
It's strange cause all the other updates i did went perfect, but now suddenly the tv went faulty.
Samsung told me that i have to wait until a mechanic will make an appointment, but that will take over 5 days.
Does anybody knows what i can do. I cannot even access the known hotel or service menu, so i am a little bit afraid that the tv is damaged, but no power supply issue, cause it worked fine until the software update. I hope anybody can help me. Regards Diego
