Downgrade BD-D5700

Hi,

I've looked over the previously posted downgrade thread and am having difficulty.

I'm currently on firmware 1031.
I'm able to change the DNS on my blu ray player, however I have a Telus router that will not allow me to change my DNS on the router itself.
I've tried all the steps so far and each time it shows that firmware 1031 is ready and starts to download it.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Please let me know if there is any other information you need to know that will help assist me.

Do you have the 800 error that shwos up after you try to downgrade ?

I have firmware 1032 and I having same problem.

I think maybe because our firmwares are later version it won't allow to downgrade.

Other people who have earlier versions had success in downgrading.
