Korean EPG

Hello,

First of all, many thanks to the creators of this site.

My question is...Is there any way to get the korean default tvguide(widget id is 27_guide) on my U.S. region, samygo rooted, samsung(un32eh5300)TV??

When i first got it, went through the service and extended menus, to turn on pvr. Then noticed it had gemstar option on it also. Nothing happened after turning that on. Next, i changed my region to (kor), and after restarting, noticed a "guide" icon in the smarthub

I really like the feel and look of the Korean region guide, which i think is the same default guide that is in Europe and Austrailia, also.

Using ftp client...i went into info2.xml, and the guide widget doesn't have a number id, like the (tune-in )widget does. Just to test, i transferred the tune-in widget to pc, then uploaded to tv into user widgets. That one works great.

So the furthest ive gotten, is when i changed region back to U.S., I have the icon default guide, but when i click on it, it says "not available".
In korean region is set, the tv time and the epg time are 15 or so hours apart...

Any solutions?

No answer here, but I would love to see a service menu fix for this. There are some who don't want to root, or load up on Samygo. The channel info is good for about 12 hours or so, so the Samsung EPG would be great to turn on. I know from activating the PVR on mine, that there is no Gemstar listing, so I've never been sure where the setting is to turn on the regular default Samsung EPG that most of the world gets.

Any insights would be welcome.
