Himm, really sad. What did you make to your Firmware? Do you use original firmware? Or do you patched with hand? Or firmware patcher?

Depending your log, TV enabled root console on /dev/ttyS1
I guess it's internal header connection on TV's motherboard.
You can try to connect those port via RS232 protocol and could root your TV.
After, you can switch alternative partition via changing file /mtd_rwarea/PartitionSwitch_0_0 to /mtd_rwarea/PartitionSwitch_1_0...

By hand? Sadly, you cannot use this header (/dev/ttyS1) too for numbers only restriction on kernel.
If you have CI device, you can revive but You cannot recover your CI+ TV in this position.
Nothing to do. Only way to recover this: JTAG and we don't have such JTAG experience on this TV's.
So, simply call for Samsung service and tell them TV is broken.
