[HELP] UN40D5500RG - Can't make it work with samygo

I've installed the App using the developer account, but when I try to start it, the application shows up and then disappear. anyone knows if I can change the model from the options (using the mute + 182 + power)? Or if there is any other firmware that may work with this model? Or if there is another versi?n of samygo App to install? Thanks in advance.

PD: Another question, after Factory reset, I can't add anymore the developer account (prompt an error because i'm not using an account like @domain)
