Problems whit SmartHUB

Hello,
recently i had problems whit smarthub. Most of the time i try to turn the smart hub on the loading take a long time and at the end the smart hub doesn't turn on; so i have to turn on the tv and if im lucky the smart hub (after 2 minutes) shows, but not always. Sometimes i have to restart the tv several times.
I tried to update the firmware, from usb and internet. Someone knows why, or how to fix this problem? Thanks

what is your TV model, FW version? Have you rooted?

es7000, the fw is 002011, i tried to root some months ago but the software didn't work, so i had to reset several times the tv. i think the problems whit smarthub started from by root attempt

turn on TV......go to firmware update via USB but do not put any USB. after the message smart huh should be accessible. do a smart hub reset and let see if you still have this issue. if it doesn't work we can try factory reset.
