i having problem for updating the firmware after replacing new motherboard the current firmware is 001014 i tried downloaded the latest firmware from samsung website but it keep showing (No file available to upgrade. please check it and try again) even i using online upgrade also. isnt out there facing the same problem with me ? please help i need more choice on subtitle using smart hub thank you
