un40d5500 issue

Hi guys: My un40d5500 suddenly begin to loop on /off with no remote control response. i read your article about reset EEproms i tried with one called ATMLH132. I link Vcc--SDA with no success, is there another EEprom on this board to perform this trick...???? or somebody knows the correct way to connect these pins.
