Samsung UE46F6670 problems.. help please.

Hi guys just purchased my first smart tv a week ago and have a few issues allready. Would apreaciate if someone could help me fix or work around them allot.

1. When watching films from my mobile, my nas drive films will cut out 3 quaters of the way through every time same as 4od or other online channels.

2. FF and RW dosent work when streaming from home network or online tv channels so when they cut out i never c the end.

I have tried wireless or through a powerline adaptor but bothe have tge same problem.. i have used my ps3 for 2 years to stream movies and never had this issue.
