My TV doesn't turn on is it bricked help please ?

I do not see here any other solution except shortening eeprom pins. Open back of your TV, make hi-res photos of whole m/b and place here. Take look at 8-pin chips near the cpu (big radiathor)

I solved it and I made a video on youtube,
very easy, just with the remote control of the TV.
