I have a Samsung TV UE46F7000 and three days ago I upgrade the firmware (1115.0) after upgrade I lost bluetooth function (can not use the keyboard VG-KBD2000, smart remote and 3D glasses) in the settings :MENU-CONTACT SAMSUNG-PRODUCT SUPPORT INFORMATION: Bluetooth Address: 00.00.00.00.00.00 ... please tell me if it is a faulty bluetooth module or soft. upgrade it with bugs.Mention that the upgrade was done automatically online from TV, there were no errors during installation .Please advice I can get out of this problem ,...Thanks for your help

Its probably hardware problem, at least it was on my two TVs. It seems a lot of Samsung TVs have a problem with failing BT and wifi.

I have found somethings in the service menu, like bluetooth update. Unfortunatly I dont remember where. Perhaps it is possible to seperatly update the broadcom Bluetooth firmware code.
Under Menu: SVC - Upgrade - BT-Upgrade.
Never tried it. Use at own risk!!!!
Under Menu: Option - MRT optiion - you could check if Bluetooth support is activated, additionally there is an entry "BT adress" there is perhaps something possible.
