Maybe...
AFAIK this tool is not compatible with "C" series. It's designed for only "B" series. Might be you can request support for "C" series from polskafan too.

Did you not read previous page?? ;)

The channel editor works fine on the C-series, but the scm file is an archive - you need to extract the map files. Here is your map-SateD

My tv is a LE40B650T2W with T-CHL7DEUC 2005.0 firmware. I tried to merge the channel lists whith ChanEdit or to create an airD channel list from scratch with no success. For Saving and restoring the channel configuration i used the usb stick method, maybe telnet and more knowledge would give more possibilities. ;) Any help would be appreciated.
I thought the digital tuner is designed for Cable or Air, but not both. Do you switch the inputs? You could try adding each Air channel manually to the Cable map using the Channel Editor, but it would be a chore. I would suggest using a hex editor to merge the two files. You'll have to save one file then re-tune and save again. The file needs to be a specific length (248,000 bytes, or a multiple). Check the wiki for format details: http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=S ... ist_format

You can then use the channel editor to sort the combined list. Some sets have multiple favourite lists, which would be good for switching between sources, but the 650 isn't one of them :( I guess you would just have to be careful with numbering to keep the two sources separate.

Of course, you should keep a back-up copy of a good configuration, though I expect re-tuning would sort out any corruption.

It could be that an ID was duplicated - channel numbers would be re-used on each scan, so you'd need to add, say, 100 to the number of each merged record. (This is simple to do in Channel Editor, before merging - select all, then move.)

My own map files had duplications that were ignored, no doubt from earlier scans.

The channel number in bytes 1 and 2 should be unique. In DVB-T, there may also be a Logical Channel Number (LCN) in bytes 29, 30, but I don't believe the TV looks at this.

I'm not sure what you did for editing. Was the output file the same length as before? Did you overwrite a blank record? Was the new record taken from the "Channel Edited" AirD file?
