Revert Locale Set Region Not Allowed ..

Changed my locale set region to Korea on my F5500 to enable PVR but lost default tuner. Now I can't get all of my cable channels when I do a scan on tv settings. I wish to revert back to original region but I can't anymore. Have tried sending wav files using ruSamsungCommunicator and IR blaster that came with my tv but no luck. Used the IR blaster to get into Service Menu to change locale set region but can't get back in. Can anyone help me please? The World Cup is just around the corner, I would prefer to watch it from the comfort of my home instead of at a sports bar or a friends house. Thanks!

Would a EEPROM reset reset the tv back to factory settings the tv had before I messed around in the Service Menu??
