Hello
I have a new Samsung UE46F8090 LED TV and I have connected an USB hard Disk via USB to the TV. Now I found out that it is not possible to copy or delete files of the usb Hard disk over ethernet with my PC. Thats a big problem for me so I tried to find a solution for that and found this board.
Can anyone tell me if there is a simple way to do this without losing warranty. Maybe a simple ftp access would be enough. is this possible without flashing firmware or something like that.
best regards Maik

1) have smb installed and working. Your pC will see the TV as a smb share \dtv\sda1 (this in my case)
2) you can access via FTP the \dtv\sda1 and manage the files inside.
