To access service menu, TV being off use remote control:
[MENU] [MUTE] [POWER]

Be careful!! Left-right keys change values without confirmation, use only up-down-enter until you reach desired option:
Option->MRT Option->OTN Support, set to OFF by pressing right key
Reboot TV

Any F owner (I'm not) could correct me if I'm wrong somewhere. I just retrieved info from forum that anybody could find by searching a bit :)
Hi,
Thanks for reply Zoe, but I don't have OTN SUPPORT in MRT OPTION,
and now, Who I resolve this??

On E no such option, right ? :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

I don't have this option either on my F8000 T-FXPDEUC 1118.0.
I updated a couple of weeks ago, just when the tv arrived. I didn't read about the update warning...
I had a look in the service menu today and some things look interesting.
control, sub option, option swu
You can change otn server type (operating/development) and ont test server (off, a-e zone)
SWU reset, what does it do ???
Maybe some interesting settings to preform a software downgrade ?

I advice you touch any of these options. Just only if you see otn off you could switch updates off.

As I said...it is accessible only in F series. No such a thing in the ES. Also, you can access only if you enable the extended menu. It did it with IR blaster.
