Accidentally updatet to 3000 firmware (B650)

Hello,

like already written in the subject if accidentally updatet my B650 to firmware 3000.
Now i want to ask is there an way to downgrade or how safe is it to use this guide to install SamyGO?
I've never worked with SamyGO so this will be my first time.

Just creating a file Version.0 which has FW ID format in it.
Really simple code if you look at bash commands "ls", "cat" and "echo".

sorry for been thick but i guess you save this as a file using notepad but what extention
then what do i do with the file after saving

I think it's better you do not do this.
