change Local Set / downgrade EH5300 with firmware v. 002000?

hi all,

i've been searching for a solution for quite a while now without success...
i'd like to either downgrade the firmware of my UE40EH5300, or find an other solution for changing "Local Set" - because otherwise hbbtv will stay inactive.

i already tried downgrading by following the guide in the wiki (error 800), using rusamsungcommunicator and changing files via FTP - all without success, which is because of the new firmware (T-MST10PDEUC 2000.2_140218) i guess.

so could you please list me the other options i have for activating hbbtv / change Local Set?

apparently the files changed via ftp are overwritten after reboot. i wonder where the firmware version information comes from? i tried to replace it everywhere, but after reboot it's there again, even without internet connection.

so after reading and trying successlessly for hours, i'd still be very, very grateful for some hints.

i was focusing on the wrong stuff all the time and didn't realize that buying a programmable rc could also do the job.
