Post by Jelle »

HI,

Tried to downgrade my UE32D6200 but it failed terrible.
TV is working but screen is either in blue or black and white & sound is bad too.

T-GAS6DEUC-1011.5
Service mode shows
Type: error
Model UEErD6200
See attachment for screenPhoto
Front color is set to U-S-B-BK

I tried to factory reset but without positive result.
Tried to upgrade to samsung firmware but it tells me that no update is available.
In service menu I tried SVC \ Panel auto setting but the response is failure.

Is there anyone that can help?
THanks

you have to set proper type in extended service menu. Apologize, i don`t know what exact you have to put there. Maybe other users know.

Well, I got the TV working again.
Downloaded the original firmware from Samsung.com and loaded using USB.
Everything seems to be back in working order.
I got lucky. Wife happy.
I did make photos of all the settings in the service menu so now I know what type to enter if I try again. Not sure if I will though.
