UE55HU8500LXZF Locked to France only

Bought this TV in France in the hope of getting rid of a separate settopbox for my crypto card from the Belgian provider TVVlaanderen( Telesat) . Now during setup, in stead of letting me choose the country to set up my satellite channels, I'm only left with one choice namely France ( and thus also a list with French providers ), effectively preventing me from installing the channels. Dealer will not take back TV . I wonder what all those people who are moving around in Europe do with their Samsung TV once they change their country. The country localisation for apps however can be changed and I can set it to Belgium. Even my provider appears in the drop down list. Is their some hope that this could be unlocked in future ? Would welcome any solution to unlock this setup menu so that I can use the TV fully.

I do not understand why you do not read other posts in the forum. It is very easy to change country in the service menu.

As explained in my post there is no problem to change localisation for apps, however to change the provider list is not possible. If you can point me to a link in the forum I would gladly try it again.
