BD-D5300: What about double/ dual layer Blu Ray discs?

IF this isn't possible does anyone know how to modify a Blu-ray image to make it region free or at least change the region? Ifoedit for DVDs works flawlessly but I haven't been able to find a similar tool for Blu-ray images. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen the BD-D5300 models in our office but I have no idea about the double/ dual layer Blu Ray discs. I discussed the same with the person who deals with this machine here, but he is also not familiar with this kind of discs. It is better you should check this with the manufactures.
