Problem with External HDD - T19B300

Hello, im having a problem with my external hdd "Adata" 1Tb USB 3.0, my tv doesn't read anything, but when i connect other hdd like Toshiba, this read all my things, i try with the HD Adata on FAT32/All and nothing, don't work. There is anything i can do to work this hdd?

Does it appear in MediaPlay? If yes, I would wipe entire drive first (with any tool or by linux command: dd /dev/zero /dev/sd_something...the name of your hdd in linux found by fdisk -l; you can wipe only very beggining of the HDD, stoping the process by CTRL+C) and create one primary partition in Windows to be sure it is not weird. Note, all your data on HDD will be lost. Or if you use it only on Linux and TV, try to format as ext2.
