You failed because of playing TV with restricted 3000.2 firmware.
If you have earlier firmwares, there is multiple ways to recover this issue.

Since you have the latest fw, TV has no uboot access, so you can't run external firmwares...
Also you cannot enter from exLink too since it's blocked by firmware...

Only way to revive your TV is JTAG, but we have no JTAG experience on this TVs. And it's also require some device and some advanced knowledge...

/dev/ttyS1 is enabled and bash started says your debug. But input is not allowed because of restricted kernel I guess.
Sad situation. I think it's better to call service...
