Are you sure about your TV IP?? (192.168.1.4 in FileZilla, not .2 or .3?)

Yes, I checked it moment ago and it is 192.168.1.4

If you have DHCP enabled it can change

HOW did you check that ? Did you change 1.4 in filezilla to 1.3 and then to 1.2 to actually CHECK that?
