everything is possible but what's the point ?zoelechat wrote:I wonder if it could be possible to mount an smb path to CONTENTS folder![]()
This way would still require a physical USB for mount point though.

My samba share is really largesectroyer wrote:Than what is the point of "recording to samba share"? Leave recordings where they are nad just decode using PVRDecoder to samba shareDeus3X wrote: wont to register on my samba nas, but i would like that the output file will be .ts using PVRtoTS
is this the correct answer ?
It's possible, PVRtoTS has the ability to launch a script ("ts2mkv") at the end of each recordingDeus3X wrote:my original intention was to auto delete the .srf file after the decoding, but i have understand that it's not possible :/
Because you have MST you can simply load NoDRM and there will be no need to decode anything. Your file will be saved in .srf as decodedDeus3X wrote: my original intention was to auto delete the .srf file after the decoding, but i have understand that it's not possible :/
Then i found on the forum that people was talking about pvr over nfsso i was trying to pvr over samba
So my goal was to register and decrypt tv over samba, with no usb needed
I know that is not NECESSARY, but i love to try that modification
nice!! now i have to understand how to delete itzoelechat wrote:It's possible, PVRtoTS has the ability to launch a script ("ts2mkv") at the end of each recordingDeus3X wrote:my original intention was to auto delete the .srf file after the decoding, but i have understand that it's not possible :/

I might create a script for that one day...
I've already done a rename script for PVRtoTS, only problem is that it handles only ASCII charssectroyer wrote:I might create a script for that one day...
Yeah we need python for thatzoelechat wrote:I've already done a rename script for PVRtoTS, only problem is that it handles only ASCII charssectroyer wrote:I might create a script for that one day...
Interesting, I like such clue, will investigatesectroyer wrote:Yeah we need python for thatI will prepare special script for that... Just not now
thinking back about your question... i think that i had to answer... i prefer to record over my samba directory...sectroyer wrote:Deus3X I would like to as one question : What do you want to achieve? Do you want to make TV record to networks hat you will NOT be able to play from any other device or that you will be able but all files will have names in format: 20115432432432.srf and you will NOT know which file is which?
