Try to replace file as advised there and relaunch rooting widget.
Factory reset/restart from scratch with modded file might help too.

Hello, my tv is a UE40F8000SZXZT, the firmware installed T-FXPDEUC_1122.2;
I installed skype with automatic access, installed SamyGO_data, SamyGO-F-SM-MST-Fix-USB, samyext4 (in SamyGO_data folder) on a USB stick formatted fat, I connected the router to the TV via lan, I never disconnected the pen usb from tv, but unfortunately the root does not works;
using Filezilla password "root" port 21 result is: Connecting to 192.168.1.64:21... Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". Error: Could not connect to server
where am I wrong?

Hi,

I would need your help to realize/finalize the root of my UE46ES6710 using firmware 2004.1.
I followed the E-Series rooting procedure as of post#1. Everything seems fine execpt a network error (ERROR_OPENAPI_300).

now samygo works, ftp, samyGOPVRDecoder etc etc
telnet works with Putty but dont works with samyGOPVRDecoder (port 23)

Hey guys,

i encountered a little problem. I cant connect to my TV anymore, since i had a power loss last week. I dont know if this could be a reason, but since then i cant connect via telnet, PVRDecoder or TotalCommander. I tried to install samygo again, but i am not sure how i do this. until now i did this steps: deinstallation of skype, restart, installation of skype, restart, put the stick in TV. Nothing happens so far. Btw, its possible to access Skype to the login Screen, which shouldnt be possible if iam right? Anyone some smart Hints?

Internet via LAN is working fine, the IP is right, Software Version of TV is 1120.

Where did you see that Skype was necessary at all? I even don't see this word in first post. Btw, that's the post to follow
