Just add ,noserverino to M_OPTS in 04_04_samba.init script:

i have question, ist about signal interference, when reading from usb for rooting i get glitches on digital channels ,after finishes it back to normal.

i assume its about tuner interference with hdmi cable, usb cable and current cable, i have noticed that earlier .

Absolutely no idea
However, I know what you're talking about, I often noticed such a very little "interference" when I stop a recording. Not that disturbing. Maybe TV has "too much things to do" at some point.
