NFS mount help Please!

i spend hours now with the nfs and mount thinks in samygo

still not working
i am a newbie to Linux so have someone good url where is instructions easy to understand or someone want help me with this.

would be verry nice

mount -t nfs ip.to.my.nas:/movies /dtv/usb/sdj

some NAS boxes require mount -t nfs ip.to.my.nas:/share/movies /dtv/usb/sdj
