That makes sense. I should have figured that. I think the issue is that the special menu does not appear: it looks like Factory followed by 3SPEED has no effect. Hence the option is not available.
I am saying that because when I go to Advanced I can't go further in the menu.
This "advanced" menu has nothing to do with the "extended" service menu you need (press 0000 on it if you want to unlock this "advanced" menu and you will see OTN support is not there.)
You're ALREADY in "extended" service menu, because:
[INFO+FACTORY] EQUALS to [INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER then FACTORY+3SPEED]
Look better, continue to seek, open your eyes, you WILL find OTN support option.

You have to disable OTN Support in extended service menu. You would have t check if rooting works on this specific firmware version. Anyway if you don't disable OTN Support NO METHOD will work

There multiple places (ALL in extended Service Menu) where you can find and disable OTN Support (it's also good idea to disable OTA Support). Everything is link in my signature

A few days ago I was checking the "SW Model" and "BOM Model"
settings in the extended service menue. I just wanted to see what
_can_ be set here and reverted to the old values before exiting.
One day later I discovered that the TV upgraded from 2121.6 to
2604.1 silently :-(. Checking back in the SM, I found both OTA and
OTN to be enabled. So, people, beware: Even cycling through these
settings without actually changing them can enable the automatic
update crap!
Now, I have to wait if there will some new rooting method for 2604
one day ;-(.
