What do you see in Service Menu-Option-Numof PVR Record ?

Check MRT Option. You should be able to disable OTN Support there :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

If OTN Support is set to ON you get unwanted updates. If you get unwanted update no one will be able to help you. With every firmware version update it's harder "To activate pvr support" :)

Sorry dvd83 - I meant printscreen of Service Menu-Option-MRT Option.
And sectroyer is absolutely right - when are you already there please change OTN Support to off.
