It means your BD player is probably not samyGOrc compliant

This command could possibly allow access to extended service menu on some Bluray players.

There are TONS of other methods to get to Service Menu. Try another one

You can't. Smarthub is mandatory.

I want to fix F root (add telnet, ssh, etc.) I need willing F bluray testers with rooted device and preferably some Linux skills. It's also good to have Skype account (easier file exchange).

Is it a guessing game? I'd say...both?
This one seems to have Smarthub so you should be able to root it. Follow 1st post instructions (E-series).
