Go to your shop. I have almost same model and they gave me TWO remotes. One is as yours and second one has all necessary keys :) Request replacement!!! :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

@dimkin, not the right menu !

You need to enter the EXTENDED service menu, and find "OTN Support" !

OTN support to OFF from first screenshot is enough. Do not care about the second one, and don't touch it :)
Btw, you can also disable OTA support while you're there...

I see your firmware is already 2604.1, and current root method works only until 2130.0. So nothing for you now, sorry.
You might only check there regularly to see if something changes one day.
