skype in UE46C7705

I have a UE46C7705 TV. Recently I have bought a tv camera and tried to use the skype app. But when I tried to use the app, it says, skype needs to download necessary upgrades and tries to upgrade. But immediately after few seconds, it says internet connection problem.

But I can use all other apps just fine and can download any other apps or watch youtube video. I have both wireless and wired connection. Tried with both connection, but comes same message. If you could provide me with the skype app, I could try to install it through the developer account. I can only find the version 1.006 in various websites, which is currently giving me the error message.

Tv firmware is T-VALDEUC-3018.1.
