Yes no /dtv/network_opt because the universal hack disk isn't available.

that is samygoextensionpack for c series v0.36 made by @arris69 so i think that even if i change the rooting method your fix will not work.
for example if i format mtd_rwarea downgrade to 3005.1 apply the internet@tv hack upgrade back to 3018.1 nothing change in dtv/bin because it depends on samygoextension pack structure.
if i hack with hotelmode hack nothing change in dtv/bin.
the problem isn't the rooting method.
so i supposed that this fix is designed to work only if the hack is done with universal usb hack disk that isn't available for download for a long time.
any chance to get this working with samygoextension?
i think that i'm only losing my time and you won't help to get this working.
