Signal level and quality through ssh perl php? (SamyGo)

Is it possible to get through the ssh command data dvb-s level and quality in the form of text values?
In the future they could be vyvodidit through apache as a Web page with access to wifi or send to icq.
This would allow the control signal level when configuring the satellite antenna.
