TV does not work - suspended

Already long ago I threw soft SamyGo. Tv worked until yesterday.? He hung up and you can not do anything does not respond to any pilot.? After removing from the wall and connected TV running back a few minutes- respond to the remote control. Then again it hangs, even you can not turn it off. While working I wanted him to restore the original soft with pen, unfortunately, after selecting update the TV turns off. I tried with different softami- the same

Add new batteries to remote control ?! :-)
