You will brick Your TV if You don`t know what commands You execute. What exact You need to make in telnet on Your TV? Because command does nothing.

juuso is right. You may brick your TV sending telnet commands without understanding them.
I advice you to learn linux first, for example by downloading any Live CD of linux, executing terminal window and playing with telnet on PC (not TV!!!)
Until you know linux commands you may execute these commands on TV without fear:

P.S. mtd_wiselink is the name of directory (folder), not linux command.
