Well rooting worked. The problem is with you SamyGO_data directory Probably bad/broken samyext4.img!!!

I downloaded another time the zips and formated USB stick ... still the same results.

The reason is not wifi speed but:

Well you CAN use Wi-Fi for rooting your TV. It's NOT that it will do "something bad". Just if it doesn't do NOT ask for help

Only question I've got is how can I run a bash script at boot?

I tried adding it to the run.sh on my USB drive but then my TV won't have root nor telnet.

Of course you DO "have crappy hardware" Inside your TV Very crappy and very much doesn't like rooting over Wi-Fi
