telnet enabler script tries to start two telnet daemons?

Hi,

I'm looking at the source code for the (non-trojan version) telnet enabler stuff.
The source code shows a couple of weird things that look like bugs to me.

(1) the variable "tmp" is uninitialized. Looks harmless, but..
(2) the program forks(), and then both parent and child launch separate telnet daemons. Why?

it was just a testing app, more to see when and how the exeDSP blocks/watchdog timeout and not really to start telned.
but it's ok to access the tv at the first time.
