Yes with itunes and TV is ON.
Click on INFO and after click FACTORY file in itunes..

I do not get to send FACTORY+3SPEED keys to TV with itunes.
First turn on the TV menu Service. Then the volume of the computer speakers off. I give the command info tv and then with itunes click FACTORY+3SPEED keys file. But I fail to see the extended service menu

I tested with the following files with tv on in normal mode ... Info_from_remote, info_factory, men?_from_remote. but does nothing on TV.
I'm using samsung Cable IR extender

set your TV to on
1.play : info_factory_inv.wav
then the energy info Button on TV screen in the right corner is on ( same like you press info button on remote control )
2.play : info_factory_inv.wav
wait a moment and you see the extended service menu

You can use a notebook ore netbook and plug the samsung Cable IR extender in headphone
use windows mediaplayer
pull loudspeaker , headphones , systemsound to 100%
hold IR extender in right TV corner and try it
