Good morning!

I have a problem with the tv in title.
The USB port does not load a file mkv large (approximately 9GB). The file is seen but when loading the TV restarts.
I'm sure the integrity of the file, It is not corrupt.

TV mounts the latest official firmware available on samsung website.

Can someone help me?
