Hi,
some day ago (sunday) my UE40H6400 stopped recording to disk the ".ss" files.
It normally records .srf, .cip, .mdb, .inf, but no ".ss" files.
As a result, the tv itself says that the reccording is not viewable because is DRM protected.
The tv is still rooted, and with samygo I can still decode old recordings.
Anyone faced this problem?
But, more important, there is a way to fix this????

Try a new media storage device, or let TV re-format storage device, and try gain ... Same ?

I tried with a completly new hdd, the tv formatted it, tried some recording.... and nothing, no .ss files!

It will NOT work for you if you are using MST tv then try my libNoDRM it has fix for that issue 
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

Everything IS OKAY Copy ANY .ss file to /mtd_rwcommon/so/dummy.ss
Copy ANY .ss file to /mtd_rwcommon/so/dummy.ss I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
