After the latest update of this Android app it's no longer on Google Play and they replaced it with some app that all it does is stream media to the TV without the ability to reverse stream TV onto phone.
So now I've had to turn off the automatic updates for TV for fear of them removing this feature, so does anyone know if this still works with latest TV firmware as i know I can't downgrade.

Thanks for the warning. I also saw an update on iOS with a different logo. I'm not planning to install either any firmware on the TV or update that application on iOS to make sure things stay working.
Would it be possible to back up the application from an iPhone?

Note that the Windows version does not work in Wine yet. It doesn't crash anymore with recent Wine versions, but it cannot detect the TV for some reason. I still have to investigate this.
