[App] More TV channels on E/F/H series

App TV OnlineTV on list sources is displayed, but won't stream links,
On old version this links work, on last don't work anymore:

I think that app starts and work 5-10 sec and then stop working.

New the test version 1.0.9d.
Added & fixed:

• 1. PVR working when OnlineTV app is running.
  2. Now it cooperate with the libSoftPowerOff.so by @zoelechat.
  3. Expanded logs.

Please test and report (with a logs).

I start OnlineTV, change channel to 367 eska tv with number keys 3+6+7, then try to wdr channel 366 3+6+6 but keys don't work anymore when pressing number keys only shows popup message "Oscam started" (I have oscam on my TV), then i try switch to 366 with Prog +/- key then OnlineTV app is closed, and Channel list don't work in OnlineTV app.

Now the numeric keys doesn't working good (I know that). You try one more time change the channels through CH_UP CH_DOWN on RC.
