Acess develop mode H6400

Hi

I'm a real noob in Smart TV matters.
I want to install apps like Plex or IPTV, but I have serious problems in setting up such a system.
I know put the TV in Develop mode, but then you have to change IP and make some more changes, in order to access the Apps in its fullness.
I have a model (48H6400AK) and would like to know any tutorial to do so.
