How long should I wait??, Are you saying I was too slow or too quick? I don't think there was more than 1 second between those 2 commands. I executed them quickly because you said so.

How could OTN be OFF? It's greyed out on your fw. Hurry to block on router level, next fw is no longer rootable.

before factory reset without root. few day ago



after factory reset I only disabled OTA Support - OFF,
OTN Support was already OFF
I did factory reset twice and was no change for OTN Support - OFF, but OTA Support changed to General



Before I did a factory reset I block this domain on router

No need. If you follow you will notice soon. Moreover for most users "sleep x" would BREAK root
