Can't uninstall some apps.

Hi,

I have a UE48H6240 running factory firmware 2790 and am having problems removing four apps that I installed via the SmartHub. Viewster, Pluto, Gamefly and 3DGo to be precise.

I have completed factory resets, changed regions, reset via the service menu and every time these apps reappear in my SmartHub.

Theese have an option to delete the app however any time I try it locks the SmartHub interface and I need to restart the TV or change the Input to return it to a usable state. Has anyone else had this problem? Samsung just fob me off saying they must be 'factory installed' but they were apps I chose to install and can't remove! Any help would be appreciated.
