Those are my settings try the panel, but even with your front color I see a bad quality image and very very intense colours.

I'm starting to think that service menu has reset other important values

Such image is called "factory default", accessing service menu resets TV to it. Just setup proper picture settings in normal menu.

Colour was correct, thanks @zoelechat and @Algert

Noise in the image still remain. 1080p videos looks great, other resolutions looks noisy, movements worst, sharps looks bad (sorry for my English, I don't know how to explain better)

Does it has any sense?

Still everything in picture settings imho: adjust sharpness and digital/mpeg noise filters (see they're using the same words as you), and possibly play with motion plus about movements. You should explore normal menu before going into service one
Do not expect miracles though, SD will always look worse than HD (it has sense )
